AI-generated outputs (images, audio, or other media) created through the platform are owned by the user who generates them. TeekGenAI does not claim any ownership over AI-generated content.

5. User Conduct

When you generate or upload images to Prompt Lab, they are published publicly to the Prompt Studio by default. You can disable publishing on a per-image basis.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or publish publicly. Ensure you have the legal right to share it and that it does not contain private individuals without consent or copyrighted material.
TeekGenAI reserves the right to remove any content reported as inappropriate, infringing, or violating these Terms.
By uploading content, you grant TeekGenAI a non-exclusive license to display your images on the feed and within the platform.
TeekGenAI does not claim ownership of your AI-generated or uploaded images; you retain your rights.

10. Reporting and Removal of Content

Users may report content that they believe violates these Terms, infringes on rights, or contains private information.
TeekGenAI will review reports and remove content promptly if a valid concern is identified.
Repeated violations by a user may result in suspension or termination of their account.

11. Responsibility and Liability for User Content

You acknowledge that TeekGenAI cannot guarantee that other users’ uploaded content is accurate, legal, or appropriate.
You agree that TeekGenAI is not liable for content uploaded by other users but will act on valid reports to remove content as described above.
